Beetext Find is a web-based enterprise-wide archive repository concordance search solution. It enables LSPs or corporate translation departments to index their existing archives to create conveniently displayed bitexts for contextual searching which aids in increasing the quality of the translations.

Through Find’s extremely powerful indexing search methodologies, Find can produce search results from over 250 file formats in less than half a second. In addition Find integrates seamlessly into Flow and Echo and indexes all source and target documents as you simply complete projects.

Beetext Find will prove to be endlessly powerful as a standalone solution or integrated into Echo, and/or Flow. The integrated approach of Find addresses the main flaw of most translation memories by providing contextual searches beyond the walls of the translation memory and into an enterprise-wide repository of endless context and resource. Internal or external resource will also benefit from Find as you decide who has access to which resources via an easy to understand administration section.

Integrated into Beetext Echo, Beetext Find conducts contextual searches when focus is gained on segments as users move through their translation document. In a non distracting manner, it informs the user whether results have been found enabling the user to check into the results if they deem necessary.

Integrated into Beetext Flow, Beetext Find is called from the main menu of the users interface to enable them to conduct contextual searches using the traditional Beetext Find interface via a pop-up window. Through this integration, Beetext Find also enables project managers to trace the steps back to the original documents associated with projects to find information in regards to the original translation request or even who executed the original translation.
